The Double Alto C Ocarina is easier to play than the Triple Ocarina, and provides
a wider range than the standard ocarina. The instrument is capable of playing
2 Octaves + 2 more notes (to high C)
Range
The Lower Chamber : A, B, C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C, D, Eb
The Higher Chamber : E, F, G, A, B, C
The fingering method of high chamber is same as the middle chamber of Triple ocarina.
The tone color and volume are similar between two chambers.
It is possible to comfortable play from low part to high part by smooth breathe.
It is light in weight , similar to Alto-C.
The structure and design of Maparam Double & Triple ocarina are protected by Patent Law.
